Use of this site means acceptance of these terms. Anyone who disagrees should stop using it.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with Loudon County, any sheriff, police department, jail, court, or corrections agency. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services. It is not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.

Permitted Use

Do not violate law, stalk, threaten, harass, gain unauthorized access, scrape with automated tools, or interfere with other users. Site information may not support credit, employment, insurance, housing, licensing, or another FCRA-regulated decision.

No Consumer Reports

No background check, credit report, or consumer report is offered. Users agree not to use content for hiring or firing, tenant decisions, creditworthiness, premiums, government-program eligibility, or another regulated purpose.

External Links

Links may lead to rosters, booking feeds, government agencies, legal resources, and third-party search services. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside this site’s control and are not endorsed merely by linking.

No Warranties

Everything is supplied as is. Accuracy, completeness, currency, uptime, security, error-free operation, and partner-result quality are not guaranteed. Custody and public records change, and nothing here is an official agency statement.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent Tennessee law permits, the operator is not liable for loss caused by use. Users agree to defend and hold the operator harmless from claims and reasonable legal costs arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

Ownership and Changes

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to the site or its partners and may not be copied, changed, or distributed without permission. Terms may change when posted, and access may be limited or revoked without notice.

Tennessee Law and Severability

Tennessee law governs, and disputes must be brought in Tennessee courts. If one term is invalid, the rest remain effective and the affected term is narrowed only as needed.

Same-Day Loudon Record Requests

One arrest can mean three requests. Sheriff Records holds the booking sheet, any booking photograph, and the release record. The arresting agency keeps the incident report. Ask that office for a citation or video too. The clerk keeps the docket and later disposition. Provide the full name, booking date, agency, and identifier when known. Tennessee guidance counts documents, photographs, and electronic files as records, subject to exceptions. A custodian need not build a new compilation. When an item cannot be produced promptly, the framework calls for production, a reasoned denial, or a reasonable estimate within seven business days. A same-day sheet is not guaranteed at once. Juvenile, victim, investigative, security, sealed, and expunged information can be restricted, so ask for the legal basis and any segregable public portion. Keep custody questions with the jail, document requests with Records, and court outcomes with the clerk.

Keep a dated note of each check. Write down whether the 24-hour view, the current roster, the released search, or a jail phone call supplied the answer. That note keeps later changes clear. It also stops you from treating a cached screen as a permanent record.
