Sponsored Results

This notice describes information collected, how it is used, and when it may be shared. Using the site signifies acceptance of these practices.

Information You Submit

A name or location typed into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool; the site does not store those terms on its own systems. Messages sent directly may be retained to answer and are not shared outside the organization unless legally required.

Automatic Technical Data

Page visits may provide an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring site, and timestamps. Cookies help measure use. Browser settings can block cookies, although some functions may behave differently.

Use and Disclosure

Information supports operation, performance, search routing, analytics, troubleshooting, and relevant advertising. Personal information is not sold. It may be handled by search partners, analytics services, advertising networks, or law-enforcement and government bodies acting under a valid legal order.

Outside Links

Links lead to jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, government portals, and private tools. Their own policies apply after a visitor leaves this site. Advertising partners may track activity on their systems.

Security, Children, and Rights

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no connected system is fully secure. The service is for adults and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. A parent may request deletion of information submitted by a child. Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, erasure, or limits on certain processing.

Policy Changes

This notice may be revised. A changed version becomes effective when posted with its updated date.

Same-Day Loudon Record Requests

One arrest can mean three requests. Sheriff Records holds the booking sheet, any booking photograph, and the release record. The arresting agency keeps the incident report. Ask that office for a citation or video too. The clerk keeps the docket and later disposition. Provide the full name, booking date, agency, and identifier when known. Tennessee guidance counts documents, photographs, and electronic files as records, subject to exceptions. A custodian need not build a new compilation. When an item cannot be produced promptly, the framework calls for production, a reasoned denial, or a reasonable estimate within seven business days. A same-day sheet is not guaranteed at once. Juvenile, victim, investigative, security, sealed, and expunged information can be restricted, so ask for the legal basis and any segregable public portion. Keep custody questions with the jail, document requests with Records, and court outcomes with the clerk.

Keep a dated note of each check. Write down whether the 24-hour view, the current roster, the released search, or a jail phone call supplied the answer. That note keeps later changes clear. It also stops you from treating a cached screen as a permanent record.
